those streams that have bull trout, westslope cutthroat trout,
Yellowstone cutthroat trout, Columbia River redband trout, arctic
grayling, or any other fish species listed in the future under the
Endangered Species Act)…

Streams were selected for inclusion in the compact primarily on the basis of data availability. Other high priority streams were not included at this time due to lack of data.
